Brian Jeffrey, CSP

Brian Jeffrey, CSP (aka The Sales Wizard) is a
Certified Sales Professional with over 40 years
experience in sales, sales management, training,
and business consulting. Formerly co-founder and
president of SalesForce Training & Consulting Inc,
Brian and his business partner have started a
new company, Salesforce Assessments Ltd. This
new company provides assistance with the hiring
process by helping sales managers make an even
better match between the candidates and the position.

During his over 35 years in sales, Brian has sold
everything from electronic instrumentation to computers,
satellite communications equipment to state-of-the-art
test instruments, consulting services to training, tangibles
and intangibles. In addition to being on the road selling
for a number of years, Brian has owned or managed
three retail operations, a computer communications
firm, and a paging company. As a sales manager,
Brian has a unique ability to train, coach and motivate people.

Brian believes that selling can and should be done
professionally and he is an examiner for the Canadian
Professional Sales Association (CPSA) Sales Institute's,
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) program.

In addition to running his own sales assessment and
sales management consulting business, Brian is author
of the Sales Wizards Secrets of Sales Management and
over 100 articles on sales and sales managementas well
as being a feature columnist for sellingEssentials Magazine.

Brian was a founding member of the Canadian Association
of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and he combines his speaking
ability and his over 40 years of selling experience along with a
homespun sense of humour that gets the point across and makes
it stick. Always pragmatic and sometime provocative, Brian's a
dynamic and entertaining speaker/trainer who leaves his audiences
with practical and profitable ideas.

With over 20 years experience as a sales trainer, he continues
to offer his services to companies as a contract trainer. You can

In his off hours, Brian dabbles in amateur radio and holds the
call sign VE3UU. The curious or downright nosey can visit his

as well as his adventures in Arctic as a young man.

Brian also enjoys maintaining his collection of Cold War military
radios. He is a volunteer guide, as well as a board member, at the
"Diefenbunker," Canada's Cold War Museum.

Brian and his wife Lorraine, who is also his business partner,
live in the country on the outskirts of Ottawa.
